The main operation of the Terminal is the transshipment of bulk and general goods. The majority of cargo consists of mineral fertilizers.

The construction-project of dome-warehouses was recognized in Estonia in 2001 as the Best of the Year Concrete Building 2001 – annual competition organized by the Association of Building Material Manufacturers.

The process of continuous improvement of the quality of the provided transit and other services is carried out through the daily fulfillment of the requirements of the quality management system ISO standards, as well as the prioritization of the needs and expectations of the clients, the efforts of highly qualified specialists and the sense of unity of the company collective.

On 17 September 2001, AS DBT was awarded the ISO 9001:2000 quality system certification for the results achieved and the continuous improvement of its work. In 2018, a quality management system was assessed at the DBT Terminal, which resulted in a certificate of compliance with the requirements of the ISO 9001:2015 standard.

The quality management system is under constant supervision. The terminal has successfully completed the annual assessments organized by accredited inspection bodies.
