In the period from March 9 to March 11, 2022, AS DBT passed an audit of the renewal of the quality, environmental and occupational health and safety management system certificate, which was performed as a remote audit according to the plan agreed by LRQA. The management system meets all the requirements of the standards ISO 9001: 2015, ISO 14001: 2015 and ISO 45001: 2018 within the scope, which has been implemented and further developed by AS DBT. The quality, environmental and occupational health and safety management system is operational and supports the business.

Successful control audit 2020 of AS DBT management systems

On May 18th and 19th 2020 Lloyd’s Register LRQA Estonian Branch conducted at AS DBT a control audit of the management systems in the field of quality management, environmental management and occupational health and safety management.

Due to an emergency situation in the Estonia, the audit was postponed by 2 months compared to what was as originally planned and was carried out remotely.

The main objective of the audit was to demonstrate the compliance of the company’s management systems with the requirements of the standards ISO 9001:2015, ISO 14001:2015 and ISO 45001:2018. This inspection proved that the integrated management systems of AS DBT continue to be successfully used, further developed and meet the requirements of the existing standards.

AS DBT successfully passed the recertification audit of the management system in the field of quality management, environmental management and occupational health and safety management.

In February and March 2019, at the terminals in the port of Muuga, in the port of Sillamae, as well as in the head office of AS DBT in Tallinn, the international accredited certification company Lloyd’s Register LRQA conducted an audit of the management system of our company in order to confirm that the management system that is in use in the company meets the requirements of ISO 9001:2015, ISO 14001:2015 and ISO 45001:2018 standards within the scope of application.

As a result of this audit, all relevant AS DBT certificates have been updated.

One of the most important changes was the addition and updating of the AS DBT management system, based on the requirements of the new ISO standard 45001:2018.

On 07.03 and 13.03.2018 Lloyd’s Register LRQA conducted a control audit in AS DBT in connection with the transition to new versions of ISO 9001: 2015 and ISO 14001: 2015 standards.

This control audit confirmed that the management systems implemented at the enterprise comply with the requirements of the previous standards ISO 9001: 2008, ISO 14001: 2004, OHSAS 18001: 2007, which also worked during the transition to new standards.

The audit of the AS DBT terminal in Sillamäe and the Tallinn office showed that the applied integrated management systems meet the requirements of the new standards within the scope of application.

The company has identified the essential requirements for the quality management system, which are regularly monitored and updated by management. AS DBT uses a process-based approach.

In 2017, the AS DBT team conducted a detailed risk assessment of operational processes and developed the necessary risk management measures to mitigate their potential negative consequences.

The continuous improvement of the efficiency of the integrated Management System at our company is provided by constant and targeted increase of awareness of our employees.

The transition to the new ISO 9001: 2015 and ISO 14001: 2015 standards is a proof that the issues of quality control of operational processes still remain in AS DBT as a top priority.

In 2019, the company plans to implement and upgrade to the new version of the standard of the safety management system ISO 45001.

AS DBT Muuga terminali kvaliteedijuhtimissüsteemi resertifitseerimine

16.08 – 17.08.2016 toimus AS DBT Muuga terminalis kvaliteedijuhtimissüsteemi resertifitseerimisaudit, mis viidi läbi AS Metrosert audiitorite poolt.

Organisatsioonis järgitakse kehtestatud kvaliteedipoliitikat ning kvaliteedieesmärkide täitmist jälgitakse regulaarselt.

AS DBT-s töötab erialaselt pädev personal. Ettevõttes on tagatud tööks vajalik töökeskkond ja infrastruktuur. Ettevõtte põhitegevuse planeerimine, info edastamine, protsesside ja teenuse seire ning mõõtmine toimub operatiivselt. Tööprotsessid toimivad ohjatult. Klientide tagasiside organisatsiooni tegevusele on hinnatud väga heaks.

Organisatsioonis rakendatud juhtimissüsteem toimib jätkuvalt vastavuses standardi nõuetega. Ettevõtte enda poolt kehtestatud ja rakendatud nõuded on mõjusad ning panustavad organisatsiooni poliitika ja eesmärkide saavutamisse.

Audiitorite seisukoht on, et kvaliteedijuhtimissüsteemi on ajakohaselt arendatud ja parendatud. Auditi käigus mittevastavusi ei fikseeritud.
